Yes. Corb Projects is a single-point design-and-build MEP contractor. Our engineers carry the design from concept through to installation and commissioning under one contract, eliminating the interface risk between designer and installer.

We are based in Telford, Shropshire, and deliver MEP design and build for commercial, education, healthcare and industrial buildings across the Midlands, Wales and nationally.

Yes. We are NICEIC approved for electrical installation and hold current Gas Safe registration, alongside SafeContractor and Constructionline Gold accreditation.

We engage from RIBA Stage 2 (Concept Design) through to Stage 6 (Handover), including post-occupancy soft-landings. Early engagement lets us influence buildability and programme before design is frozen.

Yes. We produce coordinated, clash-detected 3D MEP models and deliver COBie data to BIM Level 2 standards, giving clients a full digital asset record at handover.
